The best photos have good lighting, clear visibility of your pet's face, and minimal background distractions. Close-ups or profile shots typically work better than distant or group photos. Our AI can work with various poses, but frontal or three-quarter views produce the most recognizable results.

Yes! While you're still choosing, you can regenerate your portrait with different styles or upload a new photo as many times as you like — nothing is charged until you check out. Once a portrait is generated we cannot make manual edits to the image itself, and because you review and approve the result before paying, the print always matches what you saw on screen.

Prices on the site exclude sales tax. Once you enter your delivery address, checkout works out the tax for that address and shows it on the order summary before you pay — the total there is the amount you are charged, and nothing is added afterwards. Where we are not required to collect tax, it shows as $0.00.

Your portrait is made to order, so total delivery time is production plus transit. Once it ships, standard takes 4–8 days in transit and express takes 2–4. Both are offered at checkout, with the days shown next to each one.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $49.99 or more. Below that it is $5.99, and express is $12.99. Shipping is quoted at checkout for the exact print and address you entered, so the number on the order summary is the number you are charged — nothing is added afterwards.

Canvas prints and framed prints come ready to hang with all hardware included. Metal, acrylic, and wood prints require simple mounting brackets (included). Posters require framing.

Your pet photo is uploaded securely to our servers for processing. After your portrait is generated, the photo is automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days unless you save it to your account. We never share your photos with third parties.
