By accessing and using doodelo (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by and abide by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on doodelo for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on doodelo
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials

The materials on doodelo are provided on an 'as is' basis. doodelo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall doodelo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on doodelo, even if doodelo or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on doodelo could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. doodelo does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. doodelo may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

doodelo has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by doodelo of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

doodelo may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

All content on doodelo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of doodelo or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Generated portraits remain the intellectual property of doodelo, but you retain all rights to your original pet photographs. You are granted a perpetual, worldwide license to use the generated portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Upload images of people without their consent
• Use doodelo for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to doodelo’s systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where doodelo is incorporated, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. It is shown on your order summary before you pay, and the total there is the amount you are charged.

All products sold through doodelo are custom-made to order. Each portrait is generated using AI based on your uploaded photograph and is manufactured only after you review and approve the result. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• The product is custom-made based on specifications you selected (size, frame, style)
• You reviewed and approved the AI-generated portrait before proceeding to checkout
• Custom products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size/frame selection
• Minor variations between on-screen previews and printed output may occur due to differences in display calibration and print processes

All products are custom-made and are sent to production within minutes of payment. For that reason, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. You review and approve the AI-generated portrait before checkout, so what goes to production is what you approved.

This does not affect your rights under the 30-day quality guarantee set out below, which applies to every delivered order.

We offer a 30-day quality guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers:

• Print defects (misprinted colors, blurry output, misaligned framing)
• Shipping damage (crushed frame, torn packaging, water damage)
• Material differences between the approved on-screen preview and the delivered product
• Orders that never arrived after carrier investigation

To make a claim, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with a photograph showing the issue. Qualifying claims will be resolved with either a free reprint or a full refund to your original payment method, at your choice. Only one resolution (reprint or refund) will be provided per order.

The following are not covered by our quality guarantee: dissatisfaction with the AI-generated art style, incorrect size or frame color selection by the customer, or change of mind after purchase. Accounts with a pattern of repeated claims may be subject to review and potential restriction.
