From our studio to your door.

Every doodelo portrait is printed to order — there’s no shelf stock. Once you approve your portrait and complete checkout, your order is sent to production within minutes, then printed, quality-checked, and dispatched.

Total delivery time is the production time plus carrier transit. Transit estimates once your order ships:

• Standard — 4–8 days in transit
• Express — 2–4 days in transit (available at checkout)

The speeds you can actually choose, and the days each one takes, are shown on the shipping step at checkout before you pay.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is quoted at checkout for the exact print and address you’ve entered — the price on the summary is the price you’re charged:

• Free standard shipping on orders of $49.99 or more
• Below that, standard shipping is $5.99
• Express is $12.99 and is shown alongside standard at checkout

We currently ship within the United States.

Once your portrait ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also check your order status any time on our order tracking page using your order number and the email you used at checkout.
