Every portrait is custom-made to order from the photo you upload and the style you approve. Because each piece is unique to you, we can’t restock or resell returns — so our policy is built around a quality guarantee rather than open-ended returns.

We stand behind every print. Within 30 days of delivery, we’ll make it right if your order has any of these issues:

• Print defects — misprinted colors, blurry output, or misaligned framing
• Shipping damage — crushed frame, torn packaging, or water damage
• A material difference between the on-screen preview you approved and the delivered product
• Orders that never arrived after a carrier investigation

Because products are custom-made, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Dissatisfaction with the AI art style (you preview and approve it before paying)
• An incorrect size or frame color selected at checkout

Accounts with a pattern of repeated claims may be subject to review.

Open a claim within 30 days of delivery and attach a photo showing the issue — the form walks you through it. For qualifying claims we’ll arrange either a free reprint or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. Return shipping is free for defective products, and one resolution (reprint or refund) is provided per order.

Orders are sent to production within minutes of payment, so they can’t be cancelled once placed. That’s the trade-off of made-to-order: you approve the portrait before you pay, and nothing goes to print that you haven’t seen. The 30-day quality guarantee above still applies in full to the delivered product.

You review and approve your portrait before checkout, so the printed product matches exactly what you saw on screen. While you’re still choosing, you can regenerate with a different style or a different photo as many times as you like — nothing is charged until you check out, so try a few before you buy. We can’t refund for style preference, but if the print doesn’t match your approved preview, we’ll make it right.
